I would like to offer my own five point proposal.

This is not the first time I have raised this point, but I would like to use this occasion in order to reiterate my assessment.

Mr. Holliday (United States of America) Mr. President, I would like to thank you for organizing today's meeting on this important issue of small arms and light weapons.
