The following is the proposed programme of work and priorities for the Secretariat for 2006 2007

We welcome the proposed system wide action plan on the implementation of resolution 1325 (2000).

Revised programmes of work are submitted in the context of the Secretary General's proposed programme budget.

The suggested working methods for the city group are electronic discussions and annual meetings.

It was agreed that every effort must be made to provide concerted support to the plan of action proposed by President Mbeki.

We welcome the identification of the 12 areas of action and the suggested approaches in the individual and collective responsibility of various bodies of the United Nations system.

The work programme that can be delivered on the basis of the proposed resource levels is contained in document FCCC SBI 2005 8 Add.1.

Summary of the costs of the individual elements of a work plan on the regional and national delivery of technical assistance for 2006

(a) A general description of the applicant's previous experience, knowledge, skills, technical qualifications and expertise relevant to the proposed plan of work for exploration

The advisory board would be responsible for working closely with the coordinator, reviewing the proposed plan of work for each biennium, assessing if the necessary resources were in place and providing recommendations to the coordinator on the various aspects of the work to be carried out.

It noted the importance of the exercise in framing the work programme and proposed programme budget of the secretariat for the 2006 2007 biennium (FCCC SBI 2005 8).

Task force participants were asked to submit suggestions for questions for the poll, and then to indicate their preferences for 6 out of the 14 questions suggested.

Under each area of action, entities identified those objectives that fall within their respective mandates and proposed strategies and actions for their fulfilment.

The proposed plan of action would be the basis for the Government's new investment policy, and special attention would be given to agribusiness, cotton and the autonomous port of Cotonou.

The GUUAM Group hopes that the proposed elements of a definition of terrorism could facilitate the conclusion of work on a draft comprehensive convention on international terrorism.
