The High level Meeting's draft outcome document reflects many of the ideas proposed by the Polish Government.

I am happy with the outcome document, which provides a basis for further work during the coming months.

In closing, Sir, we look forward to your leadership and guidance on how we are to follow up on the implementation of the outcome document.

We believe that the outcome document of this Meeting will provide a basis for the ongoing process of change that the Organization truly requires.

The Committee shall adopt the concluding comments before the closure of the session at which the report of the State party was considered.

At its 170th (closing) plenary meeting, the Working Party adopted its draft report as contained in document TD B WP L.116, subject to amendments to the summaries of statements, and authorized the completion of the report taking into account the proceedings of the closing plenary.

The summit outcome is a clear mandate for change, addressing the challenges that the world has long faced.

The document adopted yesterday as the official outcome document of this summit is not all that we had hoped for.

This year marks the thirtieth anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act, which established OSCE.
