In that regard, we call on all authorities and communities of Kosovo to engage in dialogue and standards implementation.

The commitment of all parties and their shouldering of responsibilities in this process will make possible the fulfilment of the required standards.

Progress across the standards has not been uniform.

We welcome the growing support, in all parts of the world, for an international treaty to establish common standards for the global trade in conventional arms.
