Other LAC countries benefiting from FDI from those countries are Brazil, Peru and Argentina.

Such countries should be assisted in prosecuting those cases.

All countries should act on those commitments by 2010.

Paradoxically, resource rich developing countries are often worse off than comparable countries that lack those resources.

All those factors continue to severely affect many developing countries, especially middle income and less developed countries.
