Qualifications of expert members

The Monitoring Group was based in Nairobi and comprised the following experts Bruno Schiemsky (Belgium), arms expert and coordinator Melvin Holt, Jr. (United States of America), arms expert Harjit Kelley (Kenya), maritime expert and Joel Salek (Colombia), finance expert.
