I should like to recall the major ones.

I should like to indicate that, since the formal submission of both texts, additional sponsors have signed on to both draft resolutions.

However, it was pointed out that the dynamism of the Council was made possible, at least in part, by the flexibility provided by its provisional rules.

Here I must point out an important and very serious omission in the report which could undermine its coherence, the depth of its analyses and even its relevance with respect to development.
