Let his days be few. Let another take his office.

‎لتكن ايامه قليلة ووظيفته ليأخذها آخر‎.

But let us use our imagination. Let us be creative.

لكن، علينا أن نستخدم مخيلتنا وأن نتحلى بالإبداع.

Then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.

أزرع وغيري يأكل وفروعي تستأصل

I said, “Why? Let him live here, let him work here, let him be an Afghan.”

فقلت له: "لماذا؟ دعه يعيش هنا ويعمل هنا، دعه يصبح مواطناً أفغانياً حقيقياً".

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar, and its fullness!

‎لتفرح السموات ولتبتهج الارض ليعج البحر وملؤه

Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

لامام المغنين. لداود. مزمور. تسبيحة‎. ‎يقوم الله. يتبدد اعداؤه ويهرب مبغضوه من امام وجهه‎.

But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.

‎والصديقون يفرحون يبتهجون امام الله ويطفرون فرحا

Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof.

‎لتفرح السموات ولتبتهج الارض ليعج البحر وملؤه

But let the righteous be glad. Let them rejoice before God. Yes, let them rejoice with gladness.

‎والصديقون يفرحون يبتهجون امام الله ويطفرون فرحا

Let that day be darkness; let not God regard it from above, neither let the light shine upon it.

ليكن ذلك اليوم ظلاما. لا يعتن به الله من فوق ولا يشرق عليه نهار.

Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice.

‎اما هم فيلعنون. واما انت فتبارك. قاموا وخزوا. اما عبدك فيفرح‎.

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice! Let them say among the nations, "Yahweh reigns!"

لتفرح السموات وتبتهج الارض ويقولوا في الامم الرب قد ملك.
