In this coming year, we must and can see change.

We young people must see that our peers think about this.

Now, we have to see the disease that is eating up our moral system and causing us to fail miserably as human beings.

There is also general agreement, we believe, that we must resolve the nationality question, which lies at the heart of the Ivorian crisis.

For many years, we have maintained that understanding root causes must be a very important part of any long term approach to tackling terrorist activities.

The problem is a bit more far reaching than what we now want to see, and, again, the Committee has the obligation to begin to jointly seek alternatives that will enable us to move forward.

Nonetheless, we believe that transparency must be required not only of Governments but also of the economic players that control these industries.

In that context, we believe that the Security Council needs to be enlarged in both the permanent and non permanent categories of membership.

We hold the view that decentralization should occur in parallel with the shaping and the strengthening of the central Government structures, that the autonomy of local authorities should not escape or harm the vertical line of power, that local structures must remain accountable to Pristina and that parallel structures must be integrated into Kosovo's structure or dismantled.

We want to see change.

From our point of view, the Conference on Disarmament has to be one of the major international instruments playing a crucial role in pursuing disarmament on a global scale.

We can't see the corridors, and we can't see what it is that brings together a tuna, a leatherback and an albatross.

But why should a being s potential to become rationally self aware make it wrong to end its life before it actually has the capacity for rationality or self awareness?
