And the parent and the offspring ,

And by oath of your forefather Ibrahim , and by you his illustrious son !

by the begetter , and that he begot ,

And by the begetter and that which he begat ,

And by the begetter ( i.e. Adam ) and that which he begot ( i.e. his progeny )

And by a father and what he fathered .

and I swear by the parent and his offspring

And the begetter and that which he begat ,

by the father and him whom he begot

And by the giver of birth , and whom he fathered ,

And by the father and that which was born of him ,

or by the great father and his wonderful son ( Abraham and Ishmael )

And the begetter and whom he begot .

and by parent and offspring ,

And ( the mystic ties of ) parent and child

They describe ways in which new technologies are connecting them to other cultures, creating opportunities for their education, generating new types of employment, improving their access to information and changing their relationship with their Governments.

Action taken, progress made and constraints encountered are described below.

We did not give them any scripture to study , nor sent any warner before you .

And We did not give them any Books which they may read , nor did We send to them any Herald of Warning before you .

We have not given them any Books to study , nor have We sent them before thee any warner .

And We had not vouchsafed Unto them Books they should have been studying , nor had We sent Unto them , before thee , any warner .

And We had not given them Scriptures which they could study , nor sent to them before you ( O Muhammad SAW ) any warner ( Messenger ) .

But We gave them no book to study , and We did not send them any warner before you .

whereas We gave them no Books that they could study nor sent to them any warner before you .

And We have given them no scriptures which they study , nor sent We unto them , before thee , any warner .

though We did not give them any scriptures that they might have studied , nor did We send them any warner before you .

Yet We have not given them any Books to study , nor , before you , have We sent them a warner .

And We had not given them any scriptures which they could study , and We had not sent to them before you , O Muhammad , any warner .

We did not send to them , ( the pagans ) , any books to study nor a Messenger to warn them , and those who lived before them had rejected the Truth .

And We have not given them any books which they read , nor did We send to them before you a warner .

We had not given them books to study , nor have We sent them a warner before you .

But We had not given them Books which they could study , nor sent messengers to them before thee as Warners .

So neither you nor those you worship

Therefore you and all what you worship . ( The disbelievers and their deities . )

But as for you , and that you serve ,

Wherefore verily neither ye nor that which ye worship ,

So , verily you ( pagans ) and those whom you worship ( idols ) .

Surely , you and what you serve .

So you and your deities

Lo ! verily , ye and that which ye worship ,

Indeed you and what you worship

But as for you , and that you worship ,

So indeed , you disbelievers and whatever you worship ,
