A. Implementation of emergency plans in west and north west Africa

That commitment certainly includes the implementation of multiyear payment plans.

4. Urges Governments to encourage, support and involve national and local non governmental and community based organizations in the implementation of their national plans of action

Much of the information deficit could be attributed to a failure to implement successive plans of action of the International Decades for the Eradication of Colonialism.

In 2005, the monitoring of the implementation of human resources action plans became a mandate for the newly established Management Performance Board.

Since then other plans have been agreed by the parties but they have not yet resulted in any tangible progress in implementation of the land programme.
