سأتحدث عن العمل بالتحديد لماذا لا يستطيع الناس إنجاز العمل , في مكان العمل مشكله نعاني منها جميعا	So I'm going to talk about work, specifically why people can't seem to get work done at work, which is a problem we all kind of have.
فأغلب الناس يفضلون العمل لدى إحدى الشركات الراسخة أو في وظيفة حكومية.	Most people would rather work for an established company, or for the government.
يتعافى بعض الناس تماما ويتمكن غيرهم من العمل بشكل جيد في المجتمع.	Some people do recover completely and others function well in society.
فبدلا من توفر المزيد من وقت الفراغ لدى هذه الفئة من الناس، فإنهم يمضون وقتا أطول في العمل والاستمرار في العمل.	Instead of having more time for leisure, they spent more time at and commuting to work.

ما ستجده إذا فكرت بعمق أكثر قليلا , تجد أن الناس .. ما يحدث هو .. الناس يذهبون لأعمالهم وانهم في الأساس يتاجرون في يوم عملهم بلسلسلة من لحظات العمل.	And what you find out is that, if you dig a little bit deeper, you find out that people this is what happens people go to work, and they're basically trading in their workday for a series of work moments.
