This paper offers two alternative approaches for UNOPS to achieve the goal of becoming, once again, a financially viable, client oriented operations management and service provision entity.

UNOPS would continue to offer both complex operations management implementation services and individual service lines, for example recruitment and administration of human resources, contracting and procurement services, project supervision and loan administration, and conference management services.

Operations The ferry service operates from late April until early January.

Mr. Mutiso (Chief of the Finance Management and Support Service of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations) said that the matter was currently being dealt with by the Office of Legal Affairs.
