None of the eight standards has been completely fulfilled.

The IAIM Guidelines (Ireland) and Preda Code (Italy) leave to the remuneration committee the selection of appropriate criteria and the establishment of whether these criteria have been met.

Nonetheless, it is disturbing to know that acts of non compliance persist and that none of the standards has yet been entirely implemented.
