Altogether nine meetings were organised with a total attendance of 251 people.

An important aspect of performance is the attendance of directors at board and committee meetings.

We believe it important that the Authority consider the possibility of changing the dates of its meetings in order to improve attendance in Kingston.

In particular, we must extend, as much as possible, the practice of holding public meetings of the Council, with the greatest possible number of interested parties in attendance.

Chapter ____ Attendance and organization of work

Meetings of the Executive Board shall be open to attendance, as observers, by all Parties and by all UNFCCC accredited observers and stakeholders, except where otherwise decided by the Executive Board.

In the context of paragraph 1 above, the Executive Board may decide, in the interest of economy and efficiency, to limit attendance at its meetings to members, alternate members and secretariat support staff.
