The Vice Presidents of the Democratic Republic of the Congo have recently been to Uganda to further consolidate the emerging atmosphere of mutual trust between the two countries.

We have seen this happen again and again in northern Uganda, in Darfur and in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, just to mention some of the situations of greatest concern.
