The Committee urges the State party to continue to strengthen the efforts to address those recommendations contained in the concluding observations on the initial report that have not yet been implemented and to provide adequate follow up to the recommendations contained in the present concluding observations.

Data from these observations make it possible to determine crucial parameters such as the size and albedo of NEOs and provide information on surface characteristics via thermal inertia.

According to Iran, analyses and field observations undertaken by it provide a strong indication that some of the oil from the oil spills reached the coast of Iran.

18. Urges each State party whose report has been examined by a human rights treaty body to translate, publish and make available in its territory the full text of the concluding observations and comments of the treaty body on its report and to provide adequate follow up to those observations
