(d) Judicial review, a myth or reality?

The Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 provides for judicial review by the Federal Court of Australia of administrative action taken under federal legislation.

The author applied for judicial review of this decision.

He also pursued judicial review of the second RRT decision.

In each case, the decision would be subject to judicial review.

Peer review represents a very particular form of quasi judicial function.

The author's first lawyer declared that applying for amparo had been proposed, but he had instead submitted an application for judicial review which had been declared inadmissible.
