With an international secretariat in Montevideo, it publishes an annual report that offers a strong developing country perspective on international developments.

Mr. Buhler (Austria) expressed his delegation's satisfaction with the efforts of the Commission's secretariat to increase coordination and cooperation with other international organizations active in the field of international trade law and urged the secretariat to continue and intensify that work.

At the Ozone Secretariat's request, the Commission was invited to note decision XVI 11 and to request the secretariat of the International Plant Protection Convention to cooperate with the Ozone Secretariat to coordinate work on this issue.

The information portrayed herein was provided by the depository bodies of each convention (i.e., the Office of Legal Affairs of the Secretariat, the International Civil Aviation Organization, the International Maritime Organization and the International Atomic Energy Agency).
