2. Notification of the assignment or a payment instruction may relate to receivables arising after notification.

Notification of the resignation of a member of the Committee shall be in writing to the Chairperson or to the Secretary General, and action shall be taken in accordance with article 17, paragraph 7, of the Convention only after such notification has been received.

5. The Chairman of the Unit shall notify the Secretary General of any vacancy for the necessary administrative action. Such notification shall make the post vacant.
