They are those whose deeds are wasted in this world and in the Hereafter and they do not have any aides .	أولئك الذين حبطت بطلت أعمالهم ما عملوا من خير كصدقة وصلة رحم في الدنيا والآخرة فلا اعتداد بها لعدم شرطها وما لهم من ناصرين مانعين من العذاب .
They are those whose deeds are wasted in this world and in the Hereafter and they do not have any aides .	أولئك الذين بطلت أعمالهم في الدنيا والآخرة ، فلا ي قبل لهم عمل ، وما لهم من ناصر ينصرهم من عذاب الله .
And among them are those who criticize you in regard to charities . If they are given some of it , they become pleased but if they are not given any , they grow resentful .	ومنهم من يلمزك يعيبك في ق س م الصدقات فإن أ عطوا منها رضوا وإن لم ي ع طو ا منها إذا هم يسخطون .

They please you with their mouths whereas their hearts contain rejection and most of them are disobedient .	كيف يكون لهم عهد وإن يظهروا عليكم يظفروا بكم لا يرقبوا يراعوا فيكم إلا قرابة ولا ذمة عهدا بل يؤذوكم ما استطاعوا وجملة الشرط حال يرضونكم بأفواههم بكلامهم الحسن وتأبى قلوبهم الوفاء به وأكثرهم فاسقون ناقضون للعهد .
But, if the past 18 months are any guide, they soon will be.	ولكن إذا جاز لنا أن نسترشد بالثمانية عشر شهرا الماضية، فسيتبين لنا أنهم سوف يتقبلون هذه الحقيقة قريبا.
