كان أسوء مدر س لي.	He was my worst teacher.
كان يقول لي، 'الكهرباء'. هو كان كهربائيا لا	He's saying to me, 'Electricity.' Was he an electrician? No.
كان أول يوم كامل لي في ساربروكن شاق ا.	The first full day at Saarbrücken was very hard on me.
ماذا كان التحدي بالنسبة لي	What has been my challenge?
ولكن علي كان زميل لي.	Yet Ali was a colleague of mine.
وهكذا، كان من المثير حقا بالنسبة لي أن ت تاح لي هذه اللحظة في الوقت المناسب، حددت لي حقا بقية مسار حياتي.	And so, it was really exciting to me to have this moment in time, it really set the course for the rest of my life.
الامتحان كان جد صعب بنسبتي لي.	The assignment was too much for me.
كان لي الدعم كبير من أساتذتي.	I had a lot of support from my professors.
لقد كان صعبا جدا بالنسبة لي في البداية, قيل لي من قبل الوكلاء وبعض الذين يقومون باختيار أدوار الممثلين ان جسمي كان 'غريبا جدا '، وأن لي لهجة مضحكة، وأن إسمى طويل جدا .	It was very difficult for me in the beginning I was told by agents and casting people that my body was 'too weird', that I had a funny accent, and that my name was too long.
كان قدوة لي. كان يأتيني و يقضى ساعات وساعات معي.	Mentoring me. He'd come up and spend hours and hours with me.
كان لي لافتة ضخمة لبرج العذراء في غرفة نومي، و قرأت برجي كل يوم ، وكان ذلك مطابقا لي.	I had a huge Virgo poster in my bedroom, and I read my horoscope every single day, and it was so totally me.

وأي كان يظهر لي كنت أتوجه إليه مباشرة.	And anybody who would turn around I would, sort of, make a beeline for.
لم تقل لي أبدا أنه كان لديها قط.	She never told me she had a cat.
