12. International transparency in the transfer of science and technology relevant to military purposes, and in the operation of export control regimes, should be encouraged.

By that action, in addition to its unilateral adherence to the Missile Technology Control Regime guidelines since 1991, Israel is, de facto, in compliance with the different export control regimes.

This act supplements Israel's export control legislation on missiles and related material as an adherent to the Missile Technology Control Regime.

The Norwegian Export Control Act of 18 December 1987 and the Regulations for implementation of 10 December 1989, cover all strategic export controls (arms, military equipment and technologies, as well as dual use goods and technologies).

The Export Control (Iraq and Ivory Coast) Order 2005 implements in the United Kingdom the arms embargo imposed by paragraph 7 of resolution 1572 (2004).

In addition, a National Immigration Commission has been established to monitor the regular updating of the list of undesirable persons established by the security services.

The Agency is currently preparing a new list of items subject to export controls, together with procedures for the export and use of such items.

OSCE has addressed export control issues, the destruction of surplus systems and the security of national stockpiles against theft or illicit transfer.

16. (Export control) Measures taken by suppliers in the field of the transfer of high technology with military applications should be in accordance with the universally accepted and multilaterally negotiated non discriminatory (export control regimes) (legal instruments).

Of note were refinements to export control lists, including the addition of specific aerosol sprayers suitable for dispersal of biological agents.
