The scientific personnel of the Offices of Social Support Services provide the following services

Article 18 of the same Act stipulates The Ministry of the Interior and the authorities responsible for education and instruction shall jointly design the educational curricula to be used in prisons and detention centres. The implementing regulation defines the rules and procedures for allowing prisoners and detainees to sit examinations at different stages of education.

It was necessary to work with indigenous communities to protect their social, biological and cultural diversity, while expanding their opportunities and their access to health care, education and security.

Operating in the country is a system of insurance that takes two forms State social insurance and voluntary social insurance (article 215 of the Labour Code).
