States Parties shall consider concluding bilateral or multilateral agreements or arrangements to enhance the effectiveness of international cooperation undertaken pursuant to this chapter of the Convention.

The College reiterated its appreciation for the considerable work being undertaken within the Commission, in particular concerning the compendium, training, development of the information technology system, and the organization of the archives.

13. Requests the Secretary General to report to the General Assembly at its sixtieth session on the progress achieved in the implementation of activities undertaken in follow up to the Programme of Action

The Government provided information on activities carried out in cooperation with NGOs aimed at the protection of migrants, including conducting pre employment and pre departure orientation seminars.
