Department of Management

Subprogramme 1 is solely the responsibility of the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management at Headquarters.

The Under Secretary General for Legal Affairs submits a monthly report on treaty translations to the Under Secretary General, Department for General Assembly and Conference Management.

The Advisory Committee is of the opinion that the Secretariat should continue to draw upon the resources available in the Department of Management or, where feasible, the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management, during periods when additional capacity is required.
