During the reporting period, the Thematic Trust Fund supported 23 projects in the service line of electoral systems and processes.

Thus, survey results based on self reporting at the household level complement other data on health status and the use of services.

Comment by the Administration. UNIDIR has been conducting periodic evaluations of its projects and has been reporting the status for monitoring purposes.

During the reporting period, UNOMIG's trust fund office continued to raise funds, identify new and monitor implementation of approved quick impact projects.

The Committee sought information on the status of the Peacekeeping Reserve Fund and was informed that the cash available in the Fund amounted to 140 million as at 31 October 2005.
