The Investment Policy Review of Benin was presented on 2 November 2004 at the Expert Meeting on Good Governance in Investment Promotion.

In addition, holding a meeting of the Executive Committee before a Meeting of the Parties raises problems with regard to overlap with the Implementation Committee meeting.
