The sources of income must be diversified.

Indeed, from 2000 to 2004, the increase in net government expenditures accounted for 150 of income growth, as other sources of income shriveled up.

Total other resources income from all sources was 1.36 billion against the planned target of 1.49 billion.

A further 61 million (3 per cent) was derived from other sources (including interest and miscellaneous income).
