Guidance on Good practices in Corporate Governance Disclosure

The enterprise should disclose awards or accolades for its good corporate governance practices.

Where there is no local code on corporate governance, companies should follow recognized international good practices.

OHCHR will publish a compilation of good governance practices based on the outcomes of this seminar.

The objective of the seminar was to demonstrate and contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between national good governance practices and the promotion of human rights, leading to the identification of patterns and characteristics of good governance practices that promote human rights.
