Well, with the new technologies emerging now, I hope we can say definitively, Yes.

In the emerging world, Brazil's government has faced multiple corruption scandals. And Russia's leadership remains committed to its disruptive regional adventures, regardless of their devastating impact on its economy.

The components covered by this Programme thus comprise F.1.1 Emerging Technologies F.1.2 Human Security Post Crisis Rehabilitation and F.1.3 Civil Society Organizations.

Many have become major sources of knowledge and conduits for the transfer and diffusion of scientific knowledge and information, particularly in new and emerging technologies.
