I would like to underscore our conviction that terrorists do not belong to any one country or religion.

I should like to remind members once again that, at present, we are not discussing the substance of any item.

That having been said, nuclear disarmament and non proliferation are two inseparable dimensions of the NPT.

I should like to recall the major ones.
