The Committee shall bring to the attention of the States parties concerned their obligation under article 11 of the Optional Protocol to take appropriate steps to ensure that individuals under their jurisdiction are not subjected to ill treatment or intimidation as a consequence of communicating with the Committee under the Optional Protocol.

Accordingly, the author's claims under article 14, paragraphs 1 and 2, are inadmissible under article 2 of the Optional Protocol.

Non discrimination enjoyment of rights and freedoms called for under the present article or international agreements listed in annex to this Constitution will be secured.
