The project coordinator will assist the Director of the UNOG Division of Administration to manage implementation of all security projects in Geneva.

After all the decisions have been taken, representatives will again have the opportunity to explain their votes.

As a corrective measure the Planning Division has issued instructions to all Ministries Divisions to place special emphasis on the advancement of women in all projects.

The Member States must be kept informed of all safety and security projects, and new projects must be consistent with those already approved.

However the Planning Division of Pakistan has issued instructions to all Ministries Division that special emphasis must be given to the advancement of women in all projects.

Of course, that amount is not enough to change the plight of women's businesses across the country in an appreciable way.

(a) At its annual session the Board of Trustees reviews the situation of all travel and project grants allocated in previous years.

Most of the project proposals did not include all the information mentioned in Article 12, paragraph 4, of the Convention.

Long term sustainability of these projects is dependent on ownership and involvement by these groups at all levels.

Comment by the Administration. UN Habitat will create files for all projects, indicating all of the files available and their location.

Examples include projects concerning commodity trade, competition law and policies, biotrade, assessment of trade in services, commercial diplomacy, FDI statistics, support for investment promotion agencies, international investment agreements, support for trade facilitation policy makers and negotiators, corporate transparency, insurance markets, e commerce and e tourism, assistance on science and technology policies, and EMPRETEC.

The Puebla Panama Plan included a natural disaster prevention and mitigation initiative, which incorporated risk management considerations in projects in all sectors.

As a result of potentially not recovering all costs incurred on all projects accepted prior to 28 April 2005, UNOPS may not have sufficient funds to contribute to the operational reserve.

Contracts are expected to be in place for all remaining projects by the end of the year and the construction work is expected to begin in 2006.

All substantial projects involving foreign investment should have local resource development as part of the contractual agreement.

2. Urges a more expeditious and effective rate of implementation of projects, and requests that project proposals include all costs, including support costs, and whether or not they are financed from the Development Account

This should apply to the implementation of all regional and sub regional projects and deliverables to be adopted at this meeting.

UN Habitat will continue to financially close, where feasible, all projects within 12 months of operational completion, in coordination with the implementing partners.

Commercial law reform, based on harmonized international instruments, has a clear impact on the ability of enterprising persons in all States to participate in international trade.

Country office visits and consultations

As part of the reform process and in order to ensure that all the processes governing the entire project cycle are linked to organizational mandates and priorities, the Unit has been mandated to take responsibility for the redefinition and redesign of project cycle management in UNODC.

The portfolio of mine action projects for 2006, which would be published the following month, showed a significant increase in the number of victim assistance projects that addressed the entire cycle from emergency first aid to social reintegration.

Since business laws and regulations did not discriminate against women, women could set up companies, act as business partners and hold administrative positions in all types of business and at all levels of positions.

Investments in agricultural enterprises

Local ownership in sustainable land management in Africa should be enhanced by genuine participatory approaches at all stages of the project cycle and by documenting ongoing learning processes.

The reason for the large carry over is that almost all funds are paid in advance, and some projects may extend over several years.

It is expected that all the required audit reports for 2006 covering nationally executed projects will have been submitted by the end of 2006.

Intended as a follow up to the Human Genome Project (Genomic Research), the ENCODE project aims to identify all functional elements in the human genome.

(iii) Field projects provision of technical services to Member States under country, regional and interregional technical cooperation projects in the area of sustainable development supported from all sources of funding.

One approach to strengthening entrepreneurship has been to enhance the entrepreneurial traits of individual business persons.

Interregional projects, whose activities are directed towards all developing countries and regions, including LDCs, account for the bulk of UNCTAD's trust funds.

All 25 project grants were paid either the full amount of the grant, or the first instalment of the grant, by 3 June 2005.

The first claim unit is for terrestrial damage the second claim unit is for damage to intertidal shoreline habitats the third claim unit is for damage to marine subtidal habitats the fourth claim unit is for losses of wildlife resources the fifth claim unit is for economic and ecological losses related to fisheries resources and the sixth claim unit is for two other compensatory projects.

Saudi Arabia states that all the compensatory projects it has proposed should be viewed holistically as compensating for damage to all its resources.

The Board's sample review showed that the field offices had properly verified all the sampled subproject monitoring reports.

(b) Projects should be selected from all the geographical regions in order to provide the widest possible view of contemporary forms of slavery in the world (see Sub Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights resolution 2000 12)

The projects and programmes conducted in the area of the rehabilitation of degraded land do not always include appropriate mechanisms for evaluating the impact of the activities involved or for determining the area of land rehabilitated, for which figures are given in less than a quarter of the reports.

After considering all of the evidence, the Panel finds that the claimant failed to prove the existence or his ownership of any of the five businesses as at 2 August 1990.

A diagnosis of the current project cycle at UNODC has been made and is now facilitating the development of a new project cycle management system.
