1. The status of persons concerned as habitual residents shall not be affected by the succession of States.

These remain our commitments on the basis of these commitments we remain open to a variety of partnerships.

1. States concerned shall give consideration to the will of persons concerned whenever those persons are qualified to acquire the nationality of two or more States concerned.

2. A State concerned shall take all necessary measures to allow persons concerned who, because of events connected with the succession of States, were forced to leave their habitual residence on its territory to return thereto.

Nobody not even people closely involved in the process really knows how the European Union s leaders are chosen.

Finally, the report was placed before the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on Women which endorsed it after due discussion and consideration in a meeting held on 7th February 2005.

The considerable progress achieved to date reflects the commitment and dedication of all concerned.

It is imperative that all concerned should behave with the utmost restraint.

The programme will be developed in consultation with all relevant partners in the coming months.

The preparation of a legislative framework setting out the rights of the persons and groups concerned, together with information and consultation procedures, would be particularly useful.

Hardly any cases were reported to the authorities for fear of reprisals, and the identities of the victims were in all cases difficult to determine by human rights observers.

States should ensure that all affected persons are made aware of the restitution claims process, and that information about this process is made readily available, including in countries of origin, countries of asylum or countries to which they have fled.

2. Each State concerned shall grant a right to opt for its nationality to persons concerned who have appropriate connection with that State if those persons would otherwise become stateless as a result of the succession of States.

It modified laws and regulations with regard to the definition of a de facto partnership in order for de facto unions to be recognized regardless of the sex of the persons involved.

To that end, a large number of Myanmar persons of concern had been transferred to temporary shelter areas in the past two years.

11. Emphasizes the obligation of all States to accept the return of their nationals, calls upon States to facilitate the return of their nationals who have been determined not to be in need of international protection, and affirms the need for the return of persons to be undertaken in a safe and humane manner and with full respect for their human rights and dignity, irrespective of the status of the persons concerned

While noting the explanations provided by the delegation that all persons have the freedom to make their own choice with regard to the application of statutory, customary or religious law, the Committee notes that concerned persons may not necessarily be in a position to exercise individual choice in the matter (art. 5 (a)).

That would involve more interactive dialogue, more effective follow up to recommendations and sustained engagement with all relevant partners.

To that end, UNHCR would cooperate actively with all the relevant United Nations agencies and the other actors involved.

That partnership is in everyone's interests, because it will narrow the gap that impedes the progress of developing countries.

(c) The right of every human person and all peoples to development

The medical evidence in each case indicated that the individuals could perform the normal duties of the position in question and that they had no functional limitations.

At all levels, participation of a broad range of stakeholder groups will be essential in this undertaking.

Interestingly, Minister of Finance told the Panel, in one of the meetings in early May, that the panel should inform the international community that he had not signed the contract but his deputy had signed it on his behalf.

Since 2004, his Government had approved the resettlement of some 2,500 Myanmar persons of concern, most of whom had taken up residence in the United States.

Parties have therefore adopted clear positions in favour of a simplification of the formalities surrounding the granting of residence permits or refugee status, so that all who are duly entitled can have their situation speedily regularized.

International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance

(k) The entitlement of every person and all peoples to a healthy environment

1. The predecessor State shall withdraw its nationality from persons concerned qualified to acquire the nationality of the successor State in accordance with article 24. It shall not, however, withdraw its nationality before such persons acquire the nationality of the successor State.

Reports, formal decisions and other official documents of the Committee and its subsidiary bodies relating to articles 11, 12 and 13 and article 14 of the Convention shall be distributed by the Secretariat to all members of the Committee, to the States parties concerned and, as may be decided by the Committee, to members of its subsidiary bodies and to others concerned.

(i) Persons concerned not covered by subparagraph (a) having an appropriate legal connection with a constituent unit of the predecessor State that has become part of that successor State

Comprehensive plans of action for repatriation, self reliance in host countries and more resettlement solutions were needed.

My delegation urges all concerned to begin considering less confrontational and militaristic approaches to the resolution of the conflict in that country.

Israel is taking bold, courageous actions to reinvigorate the peace process on behalf of all those involved in this drawn out conflict.

The COP MOP could decide that lawsuits and claims concerning official duties made personally against representatives, members, alternates and experts of constituted bodies could be coordinated and handled centrally by the Executive Secretary on their behalf.

Some feel a pervasive fear of most or all other people.

All persons and their bags luggage will be screened at the entrance to the Convention Centre.
