Since its second session, the Forum has held multi stakeholder dialogues to allow for an exchange of views between Government delegates and the representatives of major groups.

To that end, further consultations would be organized to facilitate an exchange of views by all interested stakeholders in the coming months.

The work of the United Nations in this area is enhanced each year through the convening of these regional seminars which bring together, for an important exchange of views and information, the various stakeholders in the advancement of democratic governance.

The interactive panels and dialogues would ensure participation of leading experts on the substantive issues and a more dynamic and focused debate on key policy and implementation aspects, based on the exchange of ideas between different stakeholders.
