Courts protect me.

The courts are fair.

The judges of the Supreme Court and the High Court, members of the Industrial Relations Court, magistrates and local court justices are independent, impartial and subject only to the Constitution and the law and are obliged to conduct themselves in accordance with the Judicial Code of Conduct promulgated by Parliament in 1999.

When it judges the constitutionality of a law or resolves the disputes between Supreme Courts, its composition comprises two more members two professors of the Law Schools of Greece.

The resolution also confirmed the appellate jurisdiction and administrative authority of the Supreme Court of Guam over all inferior courts in the Territory, thereby effectively establishing a unified local judiciary.

The author believes that it is very unlikely that the Supreme Court will find a violation of the law because Hungarian courts allegedly do not consider the Convention to be a law that is to be applied by them.
