At issue, especially in Africa, is also how countries can rationalize the composition and functions of the regional economic communities to ensure that they improve trade and investment opportunities.

OHCHRB conducted two regional workshops for women leaders of grass roots communities 96 women from 8 provinces attended the workshops, whose main topic was mechanisms to combat sexual violence.

In the area of infrastructure and capacity building, high priority projects have been approved by the NEPAD Heads of State and Government Implementation Committee to be implemented by regional economic communities.

Implementation Urban communities usually offer curbside collection while rural communities provide drop off collection service.

In response to needs identified by families with children and youth with complex needs, ministries work together with regional authorities, boards, contract agencies and communities to provide an easily identifiable, integrated response.
