Partnership at the regional level

Work has to be done at the local, regional, national and international levels and in partnership with civil society and other concerned actors.

When these organizations work in partnership with governments, the results can be impressive.

UNICEF will expand its work with allies at all levels, focusing on developing partnership frameworks that address specific needs and can leverage resources for scaling up programmes.

It should also work towards ensuring that girls had access to education and work in partnership with civil society and women's NGOs.
