When supplementary programmes become part of the annual programme budget, the respective balances of the supplementary programme are transferred to the annual programme fund.

In the view of the Advisory Committee, the presentation of this transition in the performance report and supplementary information was confusing and misleading both in terms of the number of aircraft at the disposal of MINURSO and the actual hours flown.
