As part of initiatives to prevent fraud and malfeasance in the resettlement process, a UNHCR Resettlement Anti Fraud Plan of Action was presented at the Annual Tripartite Consultations on Resettlement in June 2004 and is being implemented.

UNHCR has integrated anti fraud procedures into its resettlement operations and has shared its 2004 anti fraud plan of action with Member States.

UNHCR agreed with the Board's recommendation to implement fully and without delay the resettlement anti fraud plan of action adopted in June 2004.
