The other amendment observes the need to extend the period defined in the Limitation Law, 5718 1958, ( The Limitation Law ) for offences committed against minors by a non family member.

According to the State party, the evidence was properly assessed, and Mr. Zhurin's punishment was imposed in accordance with the law in force at the time the offences were committed.
