Famine and Hope in the Horn of Africa

NAIROBI Yet again, famine stalks the Horn of Africa.

Pastoralism has long been a harrowing existence in the Horn of Africa.

After 11 September, it became a patrol force in the Horn of Africa region.

Stabilizing the Horn

This may sound like a beautiful sentiment for the East African refugees who have suffered from severe droughts in the Horn of Africa during this past year.

Economic conditions such as these throughout the region have given rise to a worrying trade over the years people smuggling from the Horn of Africa into the Arabian Peninsula.
