Related to compliance is movement control and the import export of weapons EUFOR receives and processes approximately 200 movement requests per month.

(e) Switzerland is a member of the export control bodies for weapons of mass destruction, i.e. the Nuclear Suppliers Group, the Zangger Committee, the Australia Group and the Missile Technology Control Regime. It has incorporated into its national legislation the export directives and control lists issued by these bodies. Accordingly, an individual or general export licence is required for any export of a controlled item.

This act supplements Israel's export control legislation on missiles and related material as an adherent to the Missile Technology Control Regime.
