There is God oh Mauritanian

Oh Brakna, May God be with you in your affliction !!!

Blessed be He who , if He pleased , could give you better than that , gardens with rivers flowing by and make palaces for you .

Most Auspicious is He Who , if He wills , may make it much better for you Gardens beneath which rivers flow , and may create high palaces for you .

Blessed be He who , if He will , shall assign to them better than that gardens underneath which rivers flow , and he shall assign to thee palaces .

Blest is He Who , if He willed , shall appoint for them something better than that gardens whereunder the rivers flow , and appoint for them palaces .

Blessed be He Who , if He will , will assign you better than ( all ) that , Gardens under which rivers flow ( Paradise ) and will assign you palaces ( i.e. in Paradise ) .

Blessed is He who , if He wills , can provide you with better than that gardens beneath which rivers flow and He will give you palaces .

Highly blessed is He , Who , if He wills , could give you much more and better things than what they propose for you ( Not one but ) many gardens , beneath which rivers flow and big castles

Blessed is He Who , if He will , will assign thee better than ( all ) that Gardens underneath which rivers flow and will assign thee mansions .

Blessed is He who will grant you better than that if He wishes gardens with streams running in them , and He will make for you palaces .

Blessed be He who , if He wills , can assign you better things than these gardens underneath which rivers flow , and He shall assign for you palaces .

Blessed is He who , if He willed , could have made for you something better than that gardens beneath which rivers flow and could make for you palaces .

Blessed is He who could give you palaces and gardens wherein streams would flow , far better than what they want you to have .

Blessed is He Who , if He please , will give you what is better than this , gardens beneath which rivers flow , and He will give you palaces .

Blessed is He who , if He please , can give you better things than that gardens watered by flowing streams , and palaces too .

Blessed is He who , if that were His will , could give thee better ( things ) than those , Gardens beneath which rivers flow and He could give thee palaces ( secure to dwell in ) .

How is it , O Iblis , said ( the Lord ) , you did not join those who bowed in homage ?

Said Allah , O Iblis ! What happened to you that you stayed apart from those who prostrated ?

Said He , ' What ails thee , Iblis , that thou art not among those bowing ? '

Allah said O Iblis ! what aileth thou that thou art not with the prostrates ?

( Allah ) said O Iblis ( Satan ) ! What is your reason for not being among the prostrators ?

He said , O Satan , what kept you from being among those who prostrated themselves ?

The Lord inquired Iblis ! What is the matter with you that you did not join those who prostrated ?

He said O Iblis ! What aileth thee that thou art not among the prostrate ?

He said , O Iblis ! What kept you from being among those who have prostrated ?

He said ' iblis , what is the matter with you , that you do you not prostrate yourself '

Allah said , O Iblees , what is the matter with you that you are not with those who prostrate ?

God asked Iblis , What made you not join the others in prostration ?

He said O Iblis ! what excuse have you that you are not with those who make obeisance ?

God asked him , What is the matter with you , that you are not among those who have prostrated themselves ?

( Allah ) said O Iblis ! what is your reason for not being among those who prostrated themselves ?

To you, my strength, I will sing praises. For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.

Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing for God is my defence, and the God of my mercy.

Bear with me a little, and I will show you for I still have something to say on God's behalf.

Suffer me a little, and I will shew thee that I have yet to speak on God's behalf.

O PROPHET , WHY should you forbid ( yourself ) what God has made lawful for you , in order to please your wives ? Yet God is forgiving and kind .

Why do you forbid for yourself the things that Allah has made lawful for you ? You wish to please some of your wives and Allah is Oft Forgiving , Most Merciful .

O Prophet , why forbiddest thou what God has made lawful to thee , seeking the good pleasure of thy wives ? And God is All forgiving , All compassionate .

O prophet ! why makest thou unlawful that which Allah hath made lawful Unto thee , seeking the good will of thy wives ! And Allah is Forgiving , Merciful .

Why do you ban ( for yourself ) that which Allah has made lawful to you , seeking to please your wives ? And Allah is Oft Forgiving , Most Merciful .

Why do you prohibit what God has permitted for you , seeking to please your wives ? God is Forgiving and Merciful .

O Prophet , why do you forbid what Allah has made lawful for you ? Is it to please your wives ?

Why bannest thou that which Allah hath made lawful for thee , seeking to please thy wives ? And Allah is Forgiving , Merciful .

Why do you disallow yourself what Allah has made lawful for you , seeking to please your wives ? And Allah is all forgiving , all merciful .
