We congratulate the Court on the progress that has been made to date as well as on the establishment of a Trust Fund for victims.

And we're getting to that.

Nor are we choking on pollution.

We recognize that progress has been made on the implementation of resolution 1325 (2000) and certainly we welcome the work done to date in that regard.

We now need to implement them with urgency.

What we need is the correct prescription.

We now need the opposite.

We know how that worked out.

And we are now well on the way to diminishing returns.

We are now entering the peak of the lean season .

We need to act now with the same urgency.

We are pleased with the spirit of cooperation that has directed the relief efforts to date and greatly facilitated access to humanitarian aid by the people who need it.

Something similar is urgently needed now.

We are prepared to consider other proposals for appropriate criteria, but we are committed to following the basic principles that have served us all so well.
