The SBI encouraged the CGE to continue its coordination efforts with the NCSP and other expert groups under the Convention and requested the secretariat to support the efforts of the CGE.

At the same time, it was difficult to analyse or control the increasing spending on consultants and temporary assistance.

Decides to refer the report of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Review of the Rules of Observer Status at the OIC back to the said Group for reconsideration.

Invites the Group of Experts (GoE) to take the necessary action to strengthen the links between the GoE and the work of the LADA
