The answer is no, there is no liquid water on the surface of Mars today.

There is no sign of life on Mars.

So, there is a lot of water below the surface.

In fact, I think in the next decade, without any question, we will discover life on Mars and find that it is literally ubiquitous under the soils and different parts of that planet.

We landed 2,000 pounds on Mars, but the entire thing was about 10,000 pounds when we lifted off from Earth, all the fuel and the solar arrays and everything else that we needed.

And the legacy of that is a system that we were designing an entirely sealed system to grow plants to grow on Mars.

With a little luck and some more evolution, maybe in 10 years it could be the Five Mountains on Mars.

An aurora was also detected on Mars, on 14 August 2004, by the SPICAM instrument aboard Mars Express.

Robotic spacecraft are currently returning information from the outer regions of the solar system and roving the surface of Mars.

And you just, literally, have to send little nuclear factories up there that gobble up the iron oxide on the surface of Mars and spit out the oxygen.

And that rover is now on the surface of Mars, but it's so heavy, and so it kind of takes a special challenge for us to make it all work and come together.

And this is the terrain it appears over, and we know from geological studies that these regions are the oldest regions on Mars.

And yet, we know more about the surface of the Moon and about Mars than we do about this habitat, despite the fact that we have yet to extract a gram of food, a breath of oxygen or a drop of water from those bodies.
