In particular, standards implementation stayed on track.

It has been trying to identify the gaps between the minimum standards and the actual levels of assistance through the application of standards and indicators in camp situations.

The Working Group on the Right to Development would need to apply such criteria on a continuing basis in order to achieve coherence in institutional accountability.

The aim of such standards must be to attenuate the impact of financial failure, not amplify it, as has occurred in the crisis.

International human rights standards should be applied in practice in the formal and non formal justice sector.
