1. The present agreement shall enter into force as from the date of its signature by the Parties.

The present Law shall enter into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

To this end they recommended that the Treaty should enter into force on the date of deposit of the twenty seventh instrument of ratification (a majority of African States) and that, for those States that ratify the Treaty after this, the Treaty would enter into force for each State on the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification.

6.4 The Committee begins by noting that the States party apos s obligations under the Covenant apply as of the date of its entry into force for the State party.

The Agreement will enter into force on the first day of the month following the date of receipt of the last of the notifications by which the Tribunal and the Federal Republic of Germany have informed each other of the completion of their respective formal requirements for the entry into force of the Agreement.
